Junior Leadership

Junior Leadership Kershaw County is a leadership development program co-sponsored by the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center, the Kershaw County School District and the Camden Military Academy. It is designed to give high school juniors and seniors opportunities to observe and learn about leadership characteristics and to create a spirit of cooperation and friendship among the representatives from Camden, Lugoff-Elgin, North Central and Camden Military.

The application process opens during the spring.  Students submit applications and request two teacher recommendations.  Nine students are selected by a teacher and administrator committee.
